I have several questions about Amelia before I purchase.

    1. Does this work with the Divi theme?
    2. Are there extra charges? I saw something about text rates. Is there is a subscription to use it?
    3. Does it change your whole site or just a specific page it's set up on?
    4. Do you integrate with ConvertKit?
    5. Can you link to the appointment page from a button on your site?
    6. Can you set specific hours on specific days for appointments?

    7. I see that they can upload a file, but am I able to send a file to them when they book?

    Hi Heidi Miller-Ford,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. Yes, we only have a small issue with smooth scrolling so we advice users to turn off smooth scrolling on the Divi theme and everything will work.

    2. The only extra charge is if you plan to use SMS messages, you will have to purchase the credit ($10, $20 or $50), but if you plan to use only email notifications they are free.

    3. Just the specific page on which you add a shortcode for the booking form.

    4. Unfortunately we don't integrate with ConvertKit at the moment.

    5. If you mean to link button with the page where booking form is then something like this is possible.

    6. Yes, of course, each employee has option to set several working periods in the day and to assign different services or different location to each period.

    7. Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment. But maybe you can add a link to the file in the notifications.

    Best regards.

    Hi Heidi,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing problem with our plugin.

Issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has PHP version less than 7
    3. The credentials are not correct
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're not able to resolve the issue, I would need to ask you to please open a PRIVATE ticket in Amelia section of this support platform or please provide me a temporary WP-admin login here for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. If you write credentials here just please check PRIVATE REPLY before sending the ticket is private so nobody can see it except us.

    Best regards.
