Is it possible for every user who has an account to be automatically added to employees with the same option?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I am not sure that I understand your question but once you create employee you can give him Amelia WordPress employee user role that he can use to access to WordPress back-end with only certain pages available. By default employee can only see his appointments and events but admin can also allow employee to add or edit appointments or events, edit his working hours, profile, days off and special days.

I mean that everyone who opens an account automatically becomes an employee and that everyone can arrange appointments with everyone

In our plugin employee cannot create account, only admin can create employees and give them Amelia WordPress employee user roles. With that role employee can login and manage its appointments but you should know that one employee cannot schedule appointment with other employees, only with customers.
