We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
When users book a service on our website, a notification email is sent to the user but also to the employee selected.
Is there a way to not send any email to the employees but instead send all notifications to a central email address ?
Thank you
Hello John-Lloyd Hamlet,
If you want to add some additional email addresses to which all notifications from Amelia will be sent, you can do that by adding these email addresses to the Send all notifications to additional addresses: field which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification settings. When you add one email press Enter and it will be saved, so you can then add another one, etc. To these email addresses all notifications that are sent from Amelia (to customers and to employees) will be sent as well.
So, if you don't want Employees to receive emails, you can un-check/disable the Employee notifications in Amelia -> Notifications, but in this case the additional email addresses you provide in the above mentioned field will receive only the notifications sent to customers.
Or if your employees don't need to have emails in Amelia at all, you can add your employees the same email address using this method - this works for Gmail, you can check if it works for your email service provider as well - if the email is [email protected], you can add your employees email addresses [email protected], [email protected], etc. and they will all be connected to the same email - [email protected], so all notifications will be sent to this same email address [email protected].
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
