In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I create every day a table for a post., by uploading an Excel table with new information. A small table, three columns, and 1-10 rows.
Every day I have to change the settings for display, sorting & filtering and table tools, then change the column width of 2 of the columns.
Is there a way to change the default settings?

I'm afraid no. When you're creating new tables, you need to configure them one by one.

Hi there,
that is a real pity! I face the same issue that all of the tables that we use on our Intranet, need to be adjusted manually.
As I am about to switch from a different table plugin, this could be a real show stopper...
Is there anything on your roadmap we could expect?

I just responded to the other ticket you created, so you can check my response there.
For all who run into this public ticket - this is planned, but it will only affect table settings above the table, and it won't be included in the plugin in the next few months, to say the least.
