We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I set up the wpDataTables plugin and my table on a testing site, I cloned the site to the live site, The tables are listed, but there is no data entries. I updated my purchase code in the live site, still no entries.
The table is still visible on the testing site - https://sbctest.theboc.info/education-training/remote-learning-library/
You need to submit a form to access the page with the table.
Why did this happen? What is the solution?
Can I have two functioning instances of wpDatatables with a single site license? (one for a live site, one for a testing site)
Thanks for your help.
I had to create a new table, import the content and replicate the settings. Was there a better way?
Hello lelnew
Thank you for your purchase.
You can't have a Basic license active on two websites, but this shouldn't cause the issue you've experienced.
When you are moving on live site from local or stage site we can suggest to use Plugin Duplicator. We use it and it's working fine, because it will transfer all the files and also the tables to database.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks for your reply. I cloned the site using ManageWP. I'll keep Plugin Duplicator in mind if I have to duplicate the site again.
You're welcome lelnew
