In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Accessing the plugin panel within my WP account, I can click the Upload Plugin button, but below "Install now" is greyed out and I can´t browse through my files to even choose Amelia plugin for upload. Please help!

Could you please tell me have you Uploaded the plugin using the Upload plugin button? You need to first click on the Upload plugin button choose the zip ameliabooking file that you previously downloaded on your computer (from the email or from our store) and then when the plugin is uploaded you will be able to click on Install to install it. The plugin is not uploaded and this is why the Install button is grayed out.
