I selected to pay with woocommerce but it redirects to an empty cart.

    Hello Marcio Kirzner,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please tell me do you have WooCommerce Product Appointment created and if it is connected to the Services - when you open one of the service in Amelia -> Services under the Settings tab?

  • Marcio Kirzner replied

    Hey Marija,

    Yes product appointment is created.

I'm not using it for services, im using it for events, and yes the payment for events has woocommerce selected

    Hi Marcio Kirzner,

Add the price 0 to WooCommerce product & it'll resolve your empty cart issue.

    Hello Honey,

Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.

Thanks for helping out, but the issue that you had isn't the same as Marcio's issue unfortunately, they have the price set for their products in Woo.

Hello, I'm having a similar issue. What was the fix to this?

  • Marcio Kirzner replied

No fix whatsoever, support was a headache and slow, i have abandoned this plug in now. Might come back if it gets better.

    Hello Ummang,

    '

The developers said that the issue is coming from the server, for some reason sometimes our API call is working and sometimes not, so the server doesn't get back the data. There is anything that can be done from Amelia's side about this, unfortunately. Could you please check your server log or sent it to us so we can check it out, eventually?

This was the last answer on the ticket regarding this matter, after our developer checked this out. I thought the issue was resolved, but as I can see now the user stopped using Amelia. Sorry about that.

But this was the case on their website,  it doesn't mean that the same issue and same cause is on your website as well. So, please open a new Private ticket, explain the issue and provide us with WP admin access so we could login and take a look at the issue from the inside. We will gladly help out and check what is causing this issue on your website .
