We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

We have international employees who complete their availability through Amelia. Because these employees are in different time zones, we have asked them to enter their time zone.

The problem seems to be the availability table provided by Amelia is not correlating with the inputted time zone of the employee, but rather the WP time zone.

How can we fix this and allow Amelia availability table to show when employees are choosing their availability?

    Example:

    Hello DM1B,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Unfortunately, you can't have different time zones for the employees in the back-end of Amelia. Only one timezone can be set and it is the timezone that you choose in your WordPress General Settings, as that setting applies to Amelia as well. So they would need to set their work hours in the timezone you have set your WP in, manually calculate the difference to their timezone.

Regarding customers bookings, you can allow customers to see the available time slots in their own timezone if you enable the option Show booking slots in client time zone in Amelia -> Settings -> General.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
