We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
A) Do you have Zapier integration or webhooks at a minimum or would I need to parse an email to get the appointments into ActiveCampaign?
B) I am a fitness facility.
can I have people on a monthly draft and credit their account with say 8 workouts, then have my trainers check people out so it deducts their sessions and keeps tally of their remaining sessions?
I would love to ditch Mindbody if possible.
C) Is the Google Calendar integration 2 way?
thanks!
Hi Michael Montefusco,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1) Yes, we have WebHooks made for connecting through Zapier with third party applications so you can send data after some certain actions in our plugin (after appointment is booked, rescheduled or canceled),
2) We don't have this option at the moment but packages feature is one of our top priorities for the next updates so we plan to work on this very soon.
3) Not completely. Appointments from Amelia are added into the Google calendar and events with busy status in Google calendar affects the number of free time slots by deleting them but at the moment if you need to move appointment in Amelia you will need to do this in Amelia not in Google calendar (the same goes for deleting them).
Best regards.
