Another rtl issue is the calendar, it need to start on sunday but for those screens it not working well although i did config on wp that the week start on sunday.
sunday == "ראשון"
one time you can see it at the bottom and at the other screen it start from sunday but it goes left to right

Sorry about that. I will forward these RTL design issue to our development team so they can check them out and see if it is possible to fix them for the future updates of Amelia. This applies to the date picker on the Customer panel, arrows and mobile view.
Regarding the Calendar starting on Sunday, this can't be applied to the Work hours, but I will add this also as a suggestion to be considered for modification in the future. And regarding the Calendar view in the back-end, being left to right I will forward this as well to the development team.

another bug (or functionality) that I want you to know is that if i don't have any services i have loader run infinity with no message "no services" to the client, it is something that as a developer i can get api or any function that i can call to that if there is no services config i will redirect to another page?

You are welcome.
That is the behavior of Amelia when you don't have any services or employees created in Amelia there is the endless loading. That can't be changed with the Amelia's current built-in features. I can only forward this as a suggestion so it can be considered for modification in the future.
