We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

My company, Tutor Pad, provides online tutoring services. I have bought Amelia hoping this would help with many of the scalability issues I am currently having.
Unfortunately, I can't see any ability for customers (parents) to book tuition session on a reoccurring basis, i.e for say 5-6 pm on every Wednesday and Thursday, & be charged automatically via their card on file as each session goes by. It would also be great if the staff (service provider booked) could be paid his part of the commission automatically as well as payment for each booking is collected.
Please advise whether this is a feature that Amelia is thinking about introducing in the coming months.

Thank you for your purchase.
We are currently working on the Recurring appointments feature for Amelia, which will be implemented and released in one of the following updates. I can't say exactly when that will be, unfortunately, but it should be soon.
Regarding staff commission paid to them automatically, at the moment we don't have that planned for implementation in Amelia, but I will add it as a feature request to our list so it can be considered in the future.
