Hi, i have done all the steps to syncing Amelia with Google calendar. I can see my domain name selected calendar in Google Calendar but when I make a test it's not syncing. Can you please help? Regards, Joshua
Hello Joshua,
Thank you for your purchase.
Could you please tell me have you connected your Employees to their Google calendar successfully? When you connect the employees to their Google calendars (please look at the attachment), the booked appointments from Amelia will be created in their Google calendars as well and the time slots of the Busy events in Google will be blocked for booking in Amelia (if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled).
Hi Marja,
Thanks for your speedy reply. Yes I have connected the employee (me! 😀) in Google Calendar. I can see the domain in Google Calendar. But when I make a test booking in Amelia is doesn't sync with the calendar. Thanks Joshua
Hi Marija, I got it to work. I am so happy! :-) Have a great day- Joshua
Great, glad to see that the issue is gone
Thank you for letting us know.
Thank you, have a great one as well.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
