    A customer booked and paid for the wrong event. So I added the customer to the correct event and removed them from the old event.

    The customer is telling me they do not see the correct event showing up in their 'My Bookings' and they did not receive a notification.

    Is ths the correct way to do this?

    I would expect them to receive email notifications of the changes, especially as they require the Zoom link as well as seeing the event in their bookings.

    Hello kevingbishop, 

    When you add a customer as an attendee to some event in the back-end they should receive the Event booked notification for that and they should have this event in the Customer panel. If they didn't receive the email notification could you please tell me do the email notifications work well on your website in general? 

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. Also, we will need the credentials of that customer so we could login to their Customer Panel and to which event is this customer added to in Amelia -> Events list. 

     We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    I sent Aleksander login details yesterday for a different isseu and I have just sent details to you as well.

    It seems the users are getting the "Event Booked" email when I create a booking in the backend. I am just testing this now.

    Please take a look at Geraldine Davies, she booked and paid for 3 events, but only got booked for two. I can see her order in WooCommerce, so something is not working here.

    When I go to the website as a guest and book a class, I enter my contact details and go to woocommerce payment, I then click continue shopping and book a second class and all the contact fields are empty. I have to re-enter tham. Could this have something to do with it?

    We also noticed that Brenda Juby booked two classes (29/5 & 2/6) and she's on teh 29th May twice.

    I am really worried that this is going to get into one hell of a pickle very quickly!

    Please can you help sort this out?

    Thank you for the credentials, I will check this out for the customers you mentioned.

    There isn't a possibility to book and pay for multiple events at once in Amelia. You can only book and pay for only one event at a time, and this applies to using WooCommerce with Amelia as well. You can have only one Amelia event in the cart and pay for it.

    Aleksander gave me a workaround for doing this. Removing a line of php code that empties that basket.

    Please can you discuss with him?

    It would be a huge shame if its not at all possible for this to work as most of the members book 3 or 4 classes a week, having to enter paypal credentials for each class would be really dissapointing.

    Hello kevingbishop,

    OK, I see, that is a work-around, some customization of the plugin, not a built-in solution. I said it is not possible to do that with the Amelia's current built-in integration with WooCommerce. But if you have some issues with the bookings after changing this in the code, it might come from there. 

    I logged in and for the customer Geraldine Davies, I see that she is in the Attendees list for all three events from her WooCommerce order - 26th, 27th and 29th May. But I see that Brenda Juby is appearing twice on the event on 26th. 

    I will forward this to the development team so they can check this out, if it is coming from that customization or something else. But if it is coming from the custom change that you made, maybe it can't be fixed unfortunately. As that is not a built-in solution but customization of the code.
