We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to use the plugins for managing the entrances to a swimming pool by appointment.
The entrances are limited to 40 people, so I have to be able to see how many users have booked from the backend for a specific day.
I did a test with your demo, I created a new service that I called "swimming pool" and I tried to insert reservations for a specific day, but from the dashboard I can't see the total number of reservations. Do you have a specific option to see the total number of people who have booked for a specific service on a specific day?
Hi trillius,
Thanks for your interest.
Yes, you can make a service and set capacity of the service to 40, after the maximum capacity is reached the booking will be closed.
At the back-end you can see how many people has booked the specific group service.
Let me know if you have further questions!
Hi Nevena,
thanks for the quick response.
"At the back-end you can see how many people has booked the specific group service."
I have tried your demo, but I have not found in the Dashboard the total number of people who have signed up, you can tell me where I can find this data, which is essential for me to decide whether to buy your plugin.
Thanks
Sure thing.
Two ways how you can see this, on the calendar page on the backend when you click to the specific appointment or on the appointment page at the backend and see who has booked like https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLue7y1N
