    Hello,

I have purchased WP Amelia to install on a beauty salon website.  I have added in all of the treatments offered, split into different service categories (i.e - nails, waxing, massage etc).

It works perfectly for someone who is just wanting to book one treatment, however if someone wanted to book a massage and a manicure they'd have to book separate appointments for each treatment, going through the whole booking and payment process for each treatment individually.  Is there a way of choosing multiple services and booking/paying for them together?  If not I don't see how this is going to work, customers aren't going to want to book separately when making an appointment for multiple services.

    Thanks

    Claire

    Hello Claire,

    Thank you for your purchase.

There isn't a possibility to book multiple appointments/time slots at once in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. Only one appointment can be booked at a time. We have this feature in our to-do list but for now we can't say when it will be implemented and released.

The only way would be if you have some services that are usually booked together, to add them as Extras to the each other, so when customers book an appointment for one of the services they can choose one or more extras for that appointment.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

    Thank you for your reply.

That's such a shame as that's just not going to work for me/my client.  How do I go about getting a refund for the plugin please? I only bought it a few days ago so still within the 15 day refund policy.

    Thanks

    Claire

    You are welcome, Claire.

I am sorry to hear that you will not be able to use Amelia because of this.

In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).

Thank you, I'll do that now.

It's such a shame as I have Amelia installed on another site and it works perfectly for that business. I'm sure I'll be back to use again for something else, it just doesn't work in this instance.

    Thanks

    Claire

    You are welcome, Claire.

Yes, we are aware this feature is needed and we will implement it in the future.

We hope you will get back to Amelia for another project or that one maybe, when we add this feature.

    Hello Claire,

We processed your refund today, and the refund needs to go through our sales provider, Paddle, as well, as they will return the amount you paid to the account you used for purchasing Amelia. Please be patient it will be processed in the next couple of days. Thank you for understanding.
