I have created a seperate MYSQL database and built the table using a MYSQL query : SELECT * FROM `TABLE 1`, but when I try to edit the table I get this error:
There was an error trying to insert a new row! Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TABLE SET `Stamp Image`= '''' WHERE `unique_id`= Amp11' at line 1
I am not trying to insert a new row, simply update the image URL.
I am having another issue which I think might be tied to the SQL query as well.
When I filter the table, I get no replies even though I can see the result and the spelling is correct. This happens for all columns when I try to filter.
Unfortunately you can't sort by two columns on load. That can only be achieved if you hold down SHIFT and click on the column headers to sort the table.
For the other issues, I don't know what's going on until I take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have an increased number of tickets coming in, and we simply can't get to everyone on time. Our response times jumped from a few hours to a day, sometimes even two days.
We're all working round the clock to get everything done, but it's simply too much.
I'm glad to hear you found that FAQ thread, that helped you out with the issue.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
I can't promise I'll get to it in a couple of hours, but you won't ever be skipped, that's for sure.

I have limited to 0 experience with coding :)

??
AND>.. if a girl can dream... is there a way to have a table default sort by 2 columns on load?
Thanks. Sorry for my high maintainence.

Hey Heather
Sorry for the late response.

No worries. I understand your challenges.
I have tried to submit a new ticket for my latest issue.. but I get a warning that my purchase code has expired?
Anyway, I am hoping you can tell me where/how I can add custom CSS to change the filter in header row?
Thanks again.
This product is exactly what we need.. well done!
