I can't access to control panel from my computer (with the shortcode) and the also, but also from mobiles, the Seach shortcode from my mobile doesn't show the magnifying glass, so I can't see the query...
What do you mean by "Control Panel"? I checked your website and I can see the booking form is loading fine. Can you provide some screenshots about the issue, and some more detail?
As for the [ameliasearch] on mobiles - can you show me a link where this shortcode is, so I can inspect it?
Are you trying to log into the Customer panel as an administrator, or as a customer? That log-in is different from the WordPress login. You can click on Forgot password, and send the password reset email.
Please note, though, that we have an issue with this, and until a new update is released, please go to ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Helper/HelperService.php and replace line 133 with this:
public function getCustomerCabinetUrl($email, $type, $dateStartString = null, $dateEndString = null)
After that you will be able to send the password reset email.
As for the Search - I can't replicate the issue from my mobile device. Everything is working fine - I can click on "Search", I can click on filters, and choose a date - everything works alright.
You do need to click on this button, though, to see the calendar:
I think the search module doesn't work fine, for example, now I click on the calendar in order to find how many reserves I did, if a put 20/May/2021, I received a total of 18! This impossible, we are now in 2020...
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the results for these date, I think must be 0.
