With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

Hello,
I own an event rental company. I would like to use Amelia so clients can book my equipment and schedule everything online and make payments online as well. Would this application work for my business?
Can you explain to me in more detail how this work. Would a client create an account on my website where they can login and logout from and see what their purchase histroy is/was and what is upcoming and the status of everything?
I also want to charge a certain delivery fee depending which city the client is located in. Would I be able to do this?
I would also like to give my client points for every purchase they make so later they can use those points to redeem them for a discount off their next rental. Would I be able to do this with your app? If not, would I be able to intergrate another application along side with yours to make sure the client gets the points?
