We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I was wondering if there is a way or as an added feature to have an event booking start X hours before an event. This would provide an alternative option to using the calendar. Often event promotors want registration to start 1 day, 1 month, etc before an event. It could also perhaps be populated with a simple 'hours before' so event planners can simply enter 6, or 9, 24, or 48 etc. Sometimes using a calendar is a pain especially if an event has to be rescheduled.
Hello Kyle Bailey,
Thank you for your purchase.
The only way at the moment is to choose a date/time when the booking will open or close, when you un-check/disable the options Booking opens immediately and Booking closes when event starts when you create the event. But we are aware that it would be useful to choose some specific time before the event, especially for the recurring events, so we have this in our to-do list and I will add your vote to it. For now, we can't say when this option will be implemented to Amelia, unfortunately.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
