I want to send a coupon for a free class (event) to customers who have booked 3 classes, so the customer gets every 4th class free.
I cannot get this to work.
I have included the coupon shortcode in the booking notification email and set notifications to 3. I have never seen anything added to the resulting email, having booked many test classes.
The customer can use the coupon as often as they like, despite setting 1 use per customer.
The explaination either makes no sense or the coupons do not work.
Please advise.

This should work, but I can't say without taking a look at your setup.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I have sent you a login for the site.
Please can you also look at Woocommerce Order "#247 Melanie Legge" she has booked 3 classes; 26/5, 27/5 & 29/5 but she received no notification email for the 29/5 and she's not showing as an attendee or in Finance in Amelia. This is very worrying....

Hi again Kevin.
As far as I can see, you didn't configure the Notification in the coupon:
The notification interval should be set to 4, and since you want it to be recurring, you need to enable the slider below it too.
As for Melanie - I'm not sure what happened there. 25th and 27th were saved correctly, right?

I've been playing with the coupons to try to get them working, I'm sure the notification was set. I'll take a look when the dust settles.
Once bookings are working properly, I'll have another play with the coupons.
