    Hi,

I am very pleased with Amelia Booking. Except I am trying to change the topline above the Calendar and service. Can't figure it out.

    Can you assist me pls?

    Hello Cyriel,

We are glad to see that.

Could you please tell me to what exactly are you referring to, maybe add some screenshot of what you want to change so I can tell you if it is possible or not? Thank you!

    Hi Marija,

I would to change the sentences like the part where my customers can choose a service:

It's automatically translated to Dutch, but i don't like the pre translations. Also when my customers can pick a date and time, it is not translated the way it should be :))

I've added a screenshot, and i mean it is the part where it says: Selecteer de gewenste dienst.

    Thanks in advance,

    Cyriel

    Hello Cyriel,

I see, thank you for the explanation. Translations are done by our users, and maybe for some languages not all strings are translated. It isn't possible to change the strings in the plugin using CSS, but you can change them using a translation method. Strings can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example. If you want to use POEDIT then this is the instruction:

    1. Download Amelia from TMS Store

    2. Unzip the downloaded file.

    3. Download and install POEDIT

    4. Open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    5. Change the strings you want.

    6. Save the translation.

    7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files - wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website to the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

This is an example for French language, but you will choose yours.

Please note that this change will be lost when you update the plugin, so you can save the changes on your local machine and add them after you update Amelia.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
