We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear Team,

    when we click on categories, and then on services the page scrolls down. and this is the prob. on all the sites I am using Amelia plugin.

    esp. on a mobile device , this become confusing for the customer as they think that the appointment is booked or there is a prob. with the booking system as the booking form scrolls up the screen and out of site from the user.

    As there has been many issues with Zoom privacy and businesses are reluctant in using Zoom. Our clients prefer other video conferencing tools than Zoom. 

    I would appreciate if you can also guide me how I can integrate Microsoft teams, webex, skype, Google hangout, google meet etc. with Amelia booking plugin.

    Unfortunately, we don't have integration with the other video conferencing tools at the moment, only Zoom. I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.

    Dear Marija,

    Appreciate your prompt response. Integration with other video conferencing tools will make Amelia a super appointment system and a one stop solution. 

    One more suggestion, please include few more payment gateways (eg. Paytm - most popular in India) with the appointment system so that we do not require woo-commerce (for payment accepting).
