I'm about to buy your product but, I have (again) 3 questions :
1) Can we add email and/or SMS notifications criteria at an event ?
For exemple, send a email and SMS notification a day AND also 2 hours before the event (live yoga class) (not only when they buy the event) ?
2) I don't understand because, in your demo (yoga/fitness/gym), I cannot find any example how you handle the payment. Do you handle stripe payment within Amelia ? Can we activate the Stripe Save Cards option ? If
3) Once the client has done the purchase of the live online event, then the person needs to have a link to go the Online Live Event. But I don't see that anywhere ????????
What is the trick ? The client receives this link ONLY by email ? Is this fare that he/she cannot find ANY information in her Customer Panel ? wow.
After going through your widget, it should appear (at least) in the last column of the Customer Panel. A column title something like : Attend Live Event Here ! A link appear at the end of the client's booked event. And the client is taken to the Online Event Page. Do you provide that feature ? If not, how can se do this ?If not, how can I modify the Customer Panel Widget ?
1) We have 'One day before reminder' that you can set but at the moment we don't have '2 hours before' reminder. We plan to add new options to the notifications, but at the moment only one reminder can be sent.
2) We have direct integrations with Stripe and PayPal and we also have integration with WooCommerce which you can use for various payment methods.
3) We have integration with Zoom, so if you setup Zoom and add a placeholder to the notifications both, the employee and the customer will receive a notification with a Zoom link. Also, once customer books the first appointment he can get access to his front-end customers panel where he will be able to track scheduled appointments and Zoom link will be displayed for each scheduled online appointment.
