In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Master Detail Addon doesn't seem t work

    After purchasing Master Detail Tab addon for WPDatatables, we installed it into our site. Apparently, upon viewing any of our existing WPDataTables as well as new ones, the Master-Details setting tab is not displaying in the table configuration as well as there's no option at every column for the master detail display. Our site is a multi-site. Could this be the issue? Also, I can see that it's installed since on the WPDataTables setting > activation tab, I can see the Master Detail section which I can put the purchase code. But nothing happens when clicking the "Activate" button though. 

    So I am not sure what's going on here. Can you please help us as we badly needed the addon to work. The WPDataTables plugin installed is version 2.8.1.

    Is there anyone else who have encountered this issue?

    Please advise. Thank you.
