Good morning, it has come to my attention that on some days it is not allowing full capacity booking, please see screenshots that show only one appointment booked, only one person attending, capacity is set to 5 but won't let me book any appointment before 1pm on that day. I have checked settings, it allows 5 on other days at certain times, I cannot work out the issue.
Also for Schoolwear Company appointment maximum is set at 2 per slot and it has allowed 3 to book at certain slots.
If I'm not mistaken - if you want to add more people to the same timeslot from back-end, you need to edit the existing appointment.
If you're trying to book the appointment from front-end, you should be able to add to that one, but from back-end if you try to add a new appointment, it will not work.
So, from back- you only need to edit the existing appointment, and add an attendee.

Please go to Amelia Settings/Appointment settings, and make sure it is configured like this:
Booking above max capacity will not be possible, while multiple people will be able to book the same service until Max capacity is reached.
