You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

I’m unable to auto-update my Master Detail plugin on my site. My purchase code is in place in the primary plugin, but each time I try, I get this message: Update Failed: No plugin specified.
How do I go about updating? Is there a way to fix this so it will auto-update? Or do I need to delete and reinstall (and does that remove my settings?)

For plugins page if happens again we will need FTP and WP-login credentials of your website to debug and figure out what is going on. (of course you will open private ticket because like this all other can see it)

Thanks - now having an issue, as the main plugin hasn’t updated although it’s set up to auto. I’m not showing an update available at all, but the Master Detail won’t work unless it’s at 2.8.2. Looks like I’m at 2.8.1.
Any way to refresh the auto to get the newest version to show up for the main plugin?
Ignore that - looked in the “update” area again, not the plugin page and it showed the update to 2.8.3. It updated successfully from there.
