In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Amelia recently stopped sending notifications. We updated a few plugins and the WP core.
Also, I deactivated all plugins except SendGrid, and retried. Still no notifications.

I just logged in and sent a test email, and it works:
However, for some reason your emails are being sent to SPAM as you can see in the screenshot above.
You need to check this with your hosting provider, and maybe take a look at this thread to see if it can help.

Hi Aleksandar,
I receive a notification when I manually send a test, however when I create a booking, nothing goes out. Where would I look to find the issue. We are using SendGrid as the email source and have a 100% green rating on deliverability.
Is there a setting we have missed?

If the test email goes through, so should real ones. They use the same setting, so I don't see a reason why this wouldn't work.
I can see you're still on Amelia 2.5, but we have released v2.6 some time ago. I cannot recall if an issue like this was present, but please try updating the plugin to the latest version, and test again.
