When a service form with no current availability is on the site, it just sits with a loading icon. This is a bit confusing for the user, it just looks like the form is broken.
Is there a way to show something to inform them that there is no current availability, rather than just having the loading icon forever?
If you don't have an employee assigned to the service, the plugin will try to load a service which cannot be booked. That is why you'll always see the loading screen.
You can either remove the shortcode from the page where the service is not available, or you can remove working hours from your employee. There's no way to set a note saying the service is not available, unfortunately.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me on which loading icon do you refer, can you please send me the screenshot.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
