I've just purchased Amelia plugin, installed it and when I open any Amelia pages I get the following error:

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I checked your website, and couldn't find an issue like that. I even deleted and reinstalled Amelia, but to no avail. Can you please provide us with FTP and database access credentials, so our developers can debug the plugin and see what's going on?
The first ask was ridiculous but ok, I can change the password later. But to ask for my FTP(in my case SSH) and database access is totally irresponsible. I doubt as a business you're even allowed to ask for such things and to keep them in message history which means in a database.
Also, it's been a week and nothing was done with a critical issue which doesn't allow me to use the freshly bought product. I don't think non blocking issues will be handled faster than this.
Sorry you feel that way. However, due to the nature of WordPress, different websites experience different behavior, so one issue can have numerous causes and numerous resolutions on different installations.
Checking your WordPress installation to see if there are any errors thrown by our plugin is the only way to see what the issue is. But, if that doesn't provide any info, we need to debug our plugin via FTP - your installation.
If you're not willing to provide that, we cannot help you resolving the issue.

Hi Filip Luchianenco,
Thank you for the purchase.

Hi again Filip
I'm sorry for the late response.
I checked your website, and couldn't find an issue like that. I even deleted and reinstalled Amelia, but to no avail. Can you please provide us with FTP and database access credentials, so our developers can debug the plugin and see what's going on?
Kind Regards,

No thanks, I'll pass.
