We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello Guys
If I have a category "woman" and a service "hair coloring" how can I define a third choice for "hair length" "short, middle, long"...
Because the length defines the price.
Hello Vildan Murati,
Thank you for your purchase.
You can create a custom field for the length of the hair, but unfortunately, custom fields can't affect the price of the service. The only way would be to create separate services for different hair length with different prices. Or create Extras for one service, so, for example, the Service will be hair coloring, and you can have several extras for that service - Extra 1 Short hair, Extra 2 Middle length, etc. and they would all have different prices, so when customers choose this service they can choose one of the Extras with it (and the price will be calculated service+extra). Please note, in this case, customers will be able to choose one of the extras, but the extras can't be mandatory option in the booking process, so they won't need to choose one of the extras to finish the booking.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
This is a big problem! I bought the highest plan... This makes the Plugin useless for me. How can I get my money back?
Hello Vildan Murati,
Unfortunately, different prices for services in Amelia can be achieved with using separate services or using Extras option.
We are sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia useful for your business because of this.
In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).
