    Hi, 

    For my particular use case I was wondering if it's possible to not reveal customer contact details (email and phone) to employees?

    Hi Kim,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    If you plan to give employees the access to the back-end with Amelia WordPress User role then there is no option to hide email and phone from employees.
