hello good morning, I only have events on the page where the plugin is working but I have users throughout LATAM and when they add an event I can't see it but also when I add them they can't see it, how can I solve that?

I am not what exactly LATAM is, so could you please explain in this in more details? If they create these events outside of Amelia (in no connection to it) there isn't a possibility to integrate them into Amelia, if that is what you are trying to achieve.
