We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I would like to ask about if it is possible to set the front end booking to remove the function to choose the service provider? I've been looking around but still to no avail. Because the nature of my business requires that the client is given any service provider in random.
please advise,
Thank you.
Hi dennis tutuko,
Thank you for the purchase.
Something like this is possible with custom CSS, you can hide this employee select, and your customers will not be able to see it. Employee will be selected randomly, at the moment there is no some specific rule that you can set to choose which employee will be selected (with less appointments, with higher service price...).
You can send me your booking page, and I will provide you custom CSS, that you need to add to your website, to achieve this.
thank you so much for the reply, the website is still in development though. I will get back to you when it's more "done".
cheers!
When you get it up and running, just reply back to this ticket, and we'll gladly help you out Dennis.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

hello, I would like to get back on this issue.
How do I set the service provider to just "Any Provider"?
May I please have the CSS code to that?
Our website is at http://18.189.26.53/
please let me know if you require certain credentials.
Thanks in advance!
Hi again Dennis
You can simply hide the employees selection and a random employee will be chosen every time. Here's the CSS you can use:
