We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I use Amelia to manage appointment for an Online Education Platform, is there a way to re-assign en employee to a specific service? I can select any other employee if not the one that was selected by the user at the moment of requesting the appointment.
What if an employee is no longer available and I have another employee free at that time?
Hello Vito Cannillo,
Thank you for your purchase.
You can change an employee for the appointment created only if that service is assigned to that other employee and if that employee is available for that date/time slot. So, please check if the other employees are assigned to this service for which this appointment is created.
Let me know if this helped!
Hi,
thank you for the reply, yes other employees are available for that specific date and time AND assigned to the same service, but I can’t edit it.
Thank you
You are welcome.
Could you please tell me do they all have the same location assigned?
If no, then please change the location first, and if yes, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
No, they don't have the same location because we are using locations to identify the Zoom Meeting ID for the single employee (we don't have physical location).
Is there a way to bypass this control? Or another way to manage Zoom Meeting ID's?
Then this is why you can't change the employee for this appointment, as only that employee is assigned to that location. You need to change the location and then you will be able to change the employee as well.
I'm not sure how you use the Zoom Meeting IDs in the booking process, but can you put them in the Note (internal) field in the Employees' profiles? But if customers need to choose them in the booking process, maybe creating a custom field for this this purpose?
