I didn't manage to understand why some of our employees are on "Available" ("Disponible" in French) mode while others are on "Away" ("Non-disponible")? I don't find the answer in the Q&A of your website. Can you please clarify what is this mode linked to ? And how to change it ?
I would like to know that as well. I've tried to add an event in my Google Calendar to trick the status to change from "available" to "busy", but it doesn't seem to work.
The only way I can change is it by editing the employees' working hours, but it would be nice if it also synced with the users own calendar.
I can only see my employees as "Away", no matter what I do.
I'm aware and agree on that the status should be linked to the employee's working hours, I've tried different combinations without resolts, I even intalled a plugin to show me the server time, to see if it was a timezone problem.
Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, so all you need to do is check your WordPress' general settings, and see if the time zone is correct.
Employees will be shown as "away" when you're looking at their profiles outside their working hours, but when you take a look at the working hours they will be "available" if free, and "busy" if they are working on an appointent.

Hi there,
At the moment those Green and Red notices ( available and busy) is only syncing with working hours of the employee.
Best regards.

Any comments?
