We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Vincent Nemeyimana,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Unfortunately I am afraid that something like this isn't possible with our plugin at the moment. Currently you would be able to set something similar only if you use Amelia in a multisite environment. In that case each salon would have its own back-end and own settings. However, we still don't have option to search services based on the closest location. What we have is option for customer to select one of the locations during the booking, but that location you create for services (there is no option for customer to enter it and search).

Our plugin is more suitable for using by one company, that is why you would need multisite environment. Because in our plugin, you create services and employees that are connected and all payments can go to one specific account. So it is not possible for each store to setup payment account without using separate websites and also it is not possible for the store to create and see only their created services and employees.

    2. I am not sure that I understood this but I am afraid that something like this isn't possible at the moment.

    3. No, $59 is price for one year of subscription, that covers all our updates and our premium support. If you cancel the subscription you can still continue using the plugin entirely just without our updates and our support.

    4. This will be possible very soon since we are working on this feature at the moment.

    Best regards.

So is it possible to have customization for my website to allow multi-vendor use, whereby each vendor receives payment on his account and pay me commission? If yes, how much money would i pay for this customization?

    Hi Vincent Nemeyimana,

As I said something similar is possible if you use our plugin in a multisite environment. But you would need to set this on your own, and commission isn't one of the options in our plugin so you would need to do this manually or set it outside of our plugin. As I said our plugin is not originally made to support multi-vendor option and this is not a small customization so we don't plan to work on this at the moment. Our developers are busy and cannot accept customizations so if you are interested in one we can recommend these services for customization:

    Best regards.

Hi Vincent, is this something you could do with Stripe Connect?  It can split payments in to different sections and pay forward to different accounts...
