Could you please write your tickets in English? Thank you! This one is not an issue, but we are afraid that sometimes something will be lost in the translation and we won't be able to solve the issue that you have properly.
Please access the store and you will see there the Manage domains option, you can delete the old domain there and then activate your purchase code on your new domain in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation.
