We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi everybody,

I would like to know why my appointments on my calendar are not removed from booking on Amelia.

Appointments on Amelia show correctly on my Google Calendar. In spite of making my own appointments busy on Google, on Amelia side we can book these time slots.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Rachid,

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.

Could you please tell me have you enabled the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots  in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings? Also, if you have some bigger number of Busy events in Google please increase the number for the option Maximum Number Of Events Returned:  , which you will find in Google Calendar Settings as well.

Let me know if this helped!

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. These options have already activated but unfortunately google appointments doesn't appear on Amelia.

Do you have any other solution ? I've updated to 2.7 version.

    Thanks

    Hello Rachid,

Google events are not created in Amelia, if that is what you are trying to achieve. Google sync in Amelia works this way - appointments booked in Amelia will be created in employees' Google calendar, and Google events are not created in Amelia but the time slots of the Google events will be blocked for booking in Amelia if the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots  in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings is enabled.

Could you please confirm that the Google sync works this way on your website?
