Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi,
I am confused how Amelia works at the backend. Are Amelia Products/Services categorized as a "bookable product" under Woocommerce Products segments, just like other product types, Simple Product, Variable product etc., or do you use Woocommerce mainly as a payment gateway?
I am wondering this: I am using Woocommerce night now and I have Simple Products. If I start using Amelia, should I have to create those products in Amelia's interface from scratch, or will I just change the category from Simple product to Amelia Product, what ever the name is.
Thank you.
Gunes
Hi Gunes,
Thanks for your interest in Amelia.
We have WooCommerce integration for payments, so you can use their payment getaway.
Amelia creates automatically just one product that is for all bookings and that way you can use it for payments, there is no option to make products in Amelia.
Let me know if you have further questions.
