We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
I can't recharge SMS account in Amelia. When i click on f.x. 50$ it redirects me to PyaPal, but after couple seconds i get infromation from PayPal "This merchant cannot accept PayPal at this time. Please try again later or return to the merchant's website and choose a different payment method"

Thank you for the purchase.
Unfortunately, we have some technical difficulties with accepting payments for SMS through PayPal at the moment. We are working on resolving this issue, or switching to another payment provider, but, unfortunately, that will take some time. Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused.
At the moment, we can offer to recharge your SMS balance manually. If you want you can transfer the amount that you want to add to your SMS balance to the PayPal account - [email protected] and we will recharge your SMS balance for that amount. Please don't add any description to the payment, we will know that it is for SMS balance and we will see the account from which the payment is transferred.
