We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I have created a couple tables manually, entered a small amount of data, and set it so the data is editable on the front end. The tables never finish loading.

    Through the spinning icon I can see that it has pulled and is displaying some data in the table (grayed out), but the headers don’t line up with the columns and I can't edit anything.

    Hi darrmik,

    Thank you for your interest in wpdatatables.

    We notice that you have a lot of errors in console and there some requests like loading fonts and admin Ajax get error which means that something on server block them. 

    Because you are using manual table which is a feature from premium plugin, please open new ticket in wpdatatables category where you will provide your purchase code, This category is pre-purchase created for uses that do not have bought our plugin yet or have some questions or ides about it.

    Please contact your hosting provider and check server errors log and provide in that ticket informations about it, so we can see what is going on
