I am pretty sure that your software delivers what I need but I want to be sure so please help me out.

I have a client who delivers probes between clinics and laboratories.

The laboratories should be able to book a tour/driver for a unique date or time at which the driver should collect a probe from a clinic and bring the probe to the laboratory.

Is the following possible?

1. Each laboratory must be able to create an account.

2. The laboratory should be able to select from pre-defined doctor/clinic locations .

3. The laboratory should be able to select different types of services/tours.

4. A confirmation message is sent to the laboratory, to the system and to the driver.

5. A Booking can be canceled with cancellation message.
