I will be using Amelia in my company and I will be the only employee. I have created my self as an employee but I can't map this employee to my existing WordPress user account (administrator).
I have tried with all possible combinations of both username, email, real name etc. but I still get "No matching data".
Thank you @Danny but it doesn't seem to work for me at least :-( I have installed the User Role Editor plugin and assigned both the Amelia Employee and Amelia Manager to myself, but I still can't choose my WO user from the dropdown.
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it's not correct what you are saying. I have tried many combinations with both Manager and Employee role, only Manager role and only Employee role, and no matter what I can't choose any WP users from the dropdown.
What I can though, is I can add the Employee role to a normal WP user (who's not an admin), and then I can choose that WP user!
So it seems that because I'm the administrator (it's my site) I can't choose my WP user!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am having the same issue. Despite installing the User Role Editor plugin and adding "Amelia Employee" to my WP Administrator user, I cannot select the WP user to assign it to an employee. I tried clearing cache, signing out of my WP account and back in, but nothing is working.
Is it possible that this feature doesn't work with a WP administrator role because adding the WP user to the employee's settings adds back-end functionality that the WP administrator already has?
I'm not sure how you were able to add the "Amelia Employee" user role to the Administrator user role, but that shouldn't be possible with the User Role Editor plugin.
Any other user has this section when you edit the user:
However, this is not available for Administrator. Having the administrator have another role is not possible, I'm afraid.

What am I missing?
Hello, I'm having the same issue as @Torben. I purchased the three site license and have activated it on one website so far.
Found our solution @Torben: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2283911/ We need to assign the WP user to the Amelia Employee Role.
Thank you @Danny but it doesn't seem to work for me at least :-( I have installed the User Role Editor plugin and assigned both the Amelia Employee and Amelia Manager to myself, but I still can't choose my WO user from the dropdown.
Hi there,
Sorry for late response.
The issue here is that you can not assign multiple Amelia roles to user, just one Amelia role.
As I can see from your screen Torben have Manager and Employee role, so you need to choose just one Amelia role for your user.
More information about roles on this link
Best regards.

Is that a bug or what?
