    Hello,

    I'm thinking about purchasing Amelia, but I need a few questions answered first. 

    1. Can my employees set their own schedule by themselves? I want them to be able to update their availability hours by themselves every week. Maybe one week, Andrew will work on monday-friday, but another week Andrew will work monday-wednesday and friday-sunday. Would the ability to continually change schedule be at the employees fingertips?

    2. Each employee lives in a different timezone. The company is based online, and isn't in any one timezone. So, will the employees have the ability to update/change their timezone? Say, Mark lives in India, and he has a student from the United states who would like to learn with him. Mark has to teach the class at 10 pm india time to the student in the USA. And maybe there's another employee, Alyssa, who lives in Taiwan, and wants to teach to a student living in Europe. 

    All in all, I need all of my employees to be able to 1. have their own independent timezone with classes that show in the student's timezone, and 2. the ability to update their schedule with their availability every week.

    Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope that this plugin has the features that I will need and be usable with ease. 

    If Amelia does not do this, are there any other options for me? I don't have the time to wait for new features (if those haven't been added) at the moment. I need to release this project very soon.

    Hello Connor,

    Thanks so much for your interest. 

    1) Yes, you can allow your employees to configure their own schedule, more about users and roles in Amelia can be seen here: https://wpamelia.com/users-and-roles/

    2) They would need to change update time zone in the WP, so for the whole website for now. But we are now working on Front-end employee panel where the employee will see in his/her timezone. This will most probably go live in about a month or two.

    For customers on the front-end you can enable option "show time slots in customer timezone"

    Thanks for the reply, Nevena. I'm not sure what you mean by your answer to #2. Maybe I misread something. But I want absolutely make sure!

    When the employee updates the timezone, is it updated for that employee only, or for the entire site?

    Can each employee update their individual timezone, and would be set while they are filling out their schedule?

    Yes, it is updated for the whole site, because right now employee needs to login to the WordPress backend in order to manage his/her appointments and events, as I said this will be easier and it will be shown in each employees time zone when we release Front-end Employee Panel. 

    At the moment each employee can not update their individual timezone.
