Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Issues like this usually occur when there are some issues in your database. For instance if one of your customers is assigned with an externalID "1" in wp_amelia_users table.
If you see a customer assigned with this ID, you (as the admin with that ID) will be considered as a Customer, so you won't see the menu items.
If you're not comfortable doing this by yourself, please provide me:
A temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens
Database access (phpMyAdmin or cPanel)
So we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It seems like there is something blocking the access to the back-end admin to WP user with Amelia Employee user role. It can be a conflict with another plugin, could you please deactivate plugins that are for WP user roles, memberships or similar, if you have some, and try logging in to the back-end with one of the Amelia Employee users? Unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP.
I cant use employee dashboard on my page!
please help, when I login, theres no way to enter the page
