You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

hi, i have question, when i put a "custom location" the meeting in outlook dosen´t appear the url of webex meeting or youtube live ...what can i do? for the situation is very convenient that kind of function was avalible very soon...can you help us with that? your clients will be happy

You need to use HTML in that field in order to have it as a link in the email notification, if that is what you want to achieve. So you need to use HTML tags for a link like this example:
