In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hi, 

    Just have a few per-purchase questions about Amelia.

    1. In the duration part of services it is in 30min intervals, is there a way to change this to 20min? The client only has 20 min sessions and then a few min break (I do see the buffer selection greyed out, I assume that can be a few min?) and then another session etc.

    2. The appointments/sessions will only be for one day, a couple times a year (dates not always confirmed) but the whole calendar appears with a lot of blocked out dates from the current date during the booking process, is there a way to bypass this to only show the single day and the session times available for that single day?

    3. Is there a way to generate a QR code or printable ticket for the events, or is everything just an email ticket?

    1. Yes, you can set up service of 20 minutes and buffer time of 5 for example, like here> https://share.getcloudapp.com/JrubEy25

    This depends on the default time slot step, in this case the time slot step is 5 minutes, but you can set it to 1 if you need. This can be set in General Settings.

    2. This sounds like you Events module might be better solution for you. In the events you can set up event for particular day and show it on a list view on site, like here: https://consultant.wpamelia.com/events/

    If you decide to use appointments, you can set up for particular day, you can use Catalog view, like here> https://consultant.wpamelia.com/catalog/ or search booking view like here> https://beauty.wpamelia.com/find-treatment/ you can set current day to be preselected. in case you do not want to use step by step booking form, like one here> https://consultant.wpamelia.com/#book

    We do not have ticketing at the moment, but each attendee has unique code.
