In order to have two way integration with Google Calendar, will I need to subscribe to GSuite with Google?

No, you don't need to have a GSuite for the Google sync in Amelia. Just a regular Google account. You can follow the instructions that are provided in our documentation to sync Amelia to Google calendar.
