Can you choose custom time intervals for appointments?

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
If you mean on customer to choose custom time intervals then something like this isn't possible at the moment unfortunately. Admin sets duration of the service and that duration can be expanded only if you add extras for the service that will have its own duration, so the customer can choose only service or service + one or several extras.
On the other hand if you mean on option for admin to choose other duration for the service, intervals there depend on the set Default Time Slot Step in General Settings, so you can set 5 or 15 minutes and admin will see other intervals in option for choosing the service duration.

So it's possible for admin to create different services that can all have different durations correct?
And, also, another question, if you don't mind, is it possible to customize the confirmation form for the customer when they confirm their appointment? And if so, would it then be possible to change the price they need to pay based off of a certain on selection in a dropdown menu that would be added to that form?

Yes, each service can have different duration.
Unfortunately at the moment price cannot be changed based on the selection in the dropdown. Price can be set differently for each employee and based on the selected employee can be changed or you can add extras for each service that would have its own price and based on the selected extra price can defer and show differently at the end of booking. However, calculating different price based on the custom fields is not possible.
