Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I currently use The Events Calendar in my client's WordPress website (listed above), it's a venue that has weekly repeating shows. The biggest drawback with Tribe's software is how ticket sales and recurring events are handled. I can create a recurring event with no issues, but when I want to sell tickets to any event in that series I have to split it off first, otherwise the tickets sold will only be for the next event in the series' chronological order. Outlined here https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets/
How does your software handle this? Can I create a recurring event, set multiple ticket types for that event, and allow the user to buy one of those tickets without first splitting off a single event from the series? Will the ticket(s) sold be for the event they choose in the series, and NOT for the next one in chronological order? Thanks in advance!
Hi Ryan
Thank you for your inquire.
You can find more information about our Events on this link.
Our plugin is supporting recurring events, but at the moment there is no option to set the different prices for the event. If you have recurring event, you should know that the price that you set here will be for one event, and will not be cumulative price for all recurrences, since the customer can just book one event.
Also be sure to test them out on our demo sites https://wpamelia.com/demos/
You can also access the backend on one of the site and try to create your own events.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
